Annual Football Tournament - 2008

This year's tournament took place over 2 days again on the weekend of Saturday and Sunday 9th & 10th August at Heywood Community School in Heywood.

Saturday comprised of a 7-a-side tournament covering age groups under 8's, under 9's and under 10's, and 11-a side for under 11's.

The Sunday tournament was 11-a-side for age groups under 12's and under 13's. All of the age groups were fully subscibed.

Despite the persistent rain on Saturday and a few showers on Sunday, the weekend was an outstanding success, our biggest yet, with players, friends and family all enjoying some fantastic football and also the food, drink, professional photography and family fun.
