Roach Dynamos JFC are holding trials for next seasons under 6 teams.
We have been established in this area since 1975 gaining the prestigious charter standard award from the F.A. At present the club have over 250 players signed on with 19 teams running from under 6 right through to open age.

In our last season at 7a-side before the move up to 11a-side, we are looking to recruit new quality footballers to an already very talented successful squad.
Interested players will be invited to train with the current squad of ten with a view to signing in the summer.
One new player has already secured himself a place in the squad for the start of next season.

All friendlies due to take place at Heywood Community this weekend have been cancelled due to the adverse weather conditions.
With the start of the season only a week away the potential damage to the pitches cannot be justified.
If you are due to play a County Cup game please check with your manager to confirm whether the game is still on.
The lucky winner of the “Guess the number of Goals” raffle at the Roach Dynamos Tournament has yet to claim their prize.

The Roach Dynamos Annual Tournament is taking place on the 8th and 9th August 2009 at Heywood Community High School, Heywood.
Due to high demand there are no spaces available in the Under 12s and Under 13s categories.
Spaces are still available in the Under 8s, 9s and 10s age groups, which take place on Saturday the 8th August and are limited to 7 players a side.

On Saturday 4th July, the club staged the second of its annual memorial matches for Scott Howatson, the ex Roach Dynamos footballer who died last January in a road traffic accident.
The match was held at Heywood St James between a selection of Roach managers (combined age of the back four was nearly 170!) and next year’s under 16’s squad.
